Yes, I am using the VPN Manager from Zomboided (version 4.0.7). Mine is connected via wlan, Ethernet cable. I don't use anything besides Kodi/Exodus so I believe my CPU/RAM should be just fine. As soon as I disconnect my VPN the stream works perfectly. The weird thing is, that I can max out my connection on my other devices. Just on LibreELEC its not good enough to watch Real Debrid streams.
